4. Acceptable Use

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or hateful
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities

• Violates any third-party rights

4.2 User Responsibility

• YOU are solely responsible for all content you upload to the Service
• YOU represent and warrant that you own or have necessary rights to all uploaded content
• YOU agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your content

5. Intellectual Property

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

• The Service relies on third-party providers (Google Cloud, Stripe, AWS, etc.)
• We are not responsible for failures, errors, or issues caused by third-party services
• Third-party services are subject to their own terms and conditions

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Listen Docs, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Content you upload or process through the Service
• Any claims that your content infringes on intellectual property rights
• Any claims related to audio files you generate

9. Service Modifications and Termination

9.1 Changes to Service

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice
• We may change features, pricing, or usage limits without prior notice
• We are not liable for any modifications or discontinuation of the Service

9.2 Account Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason without notice
• Reasons for termination may include: Violation of these Terms, Illegal or fraudulent activity, Abuse of the Service, Non-payment, or at our sole discretion
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and all associated content
• No refunds will be provided upon termination

9.3 User Cancellation

• You may cancel your account at any time through account settings
• Cancellation does not entitle you to any refunds
• We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

11. Copyright and DMCA

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland

12.2 Arbitration

• You waive your right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit
• Arbitration shall be conducted in English in Poland

12.3 Time Limit for Claims
